Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to retail customers via walk-in, phone, or email.

• Enter orders into system and schedule deliveries.
• Support store housekeeping, stocking, and inventory control.
• Coordinate and conduct customer workshops.
• Handle basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues.
