Job summary

Alo Yoga is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partner - Retail to partner with Retail leadership across store operations and field teams. This role aligns people strategies with business objectives, driving performance, engagement, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead organizational design, talent development, succession planning, and data-driven decision making to improve employee experience and business results, while coaching leaders on performance and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.
• 8+ years progressive HR experience, including retail or field-based support.
• Deep knowledge of multi-state labor laws.
• Experience supporting high-volume hourly workforces.
• Ability to travel regularly to stores and field locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving strategic people initiatives and organizational design improvements.
• Champion organizational change and process improvement initiatives; assess and shape team structures, capabilities, and culture.
• Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning and leadership development.
• Support scalable programs to promote a high-performance, inclusive culture and improve employee experience.
• Provide strategic guidance on employee relations and ensure fairness and compliance; conduct investigations.
• Lead the design and execution of performance management strategies; coach leaders on feedback and development.
• Ensure HR practices comply with evolving labor laws and mitigate risk across HR disciplines.
• Coach and develop HR Business Partners to ensure consistent support.
• Use data and analytics to identify trends and inform strategy.
