Job summary

Uniqlo at Aventura Mall in Miami, FL is hiring a Human Resources Assistant Manager to support payroll, training, and HR records. This role partners with the Area HR Manager to handle employee relations and staffing at the store level.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years HR experience, with strong MS Office skills and familiarity with ATS/Workday. Some travel and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum two years in human resources or related field.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR systems; Workday preferred.
• Excellent customer service and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends; travel 10–25%.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and EEOC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area HR Manager on employee relations and staffing.
• Process HR administrative tasks: payroll, timecards, records.
• Assist with interviews, investigations, disciplinary actions, HR support at store level.
• Provide training for Store Managers and HR Coordinators on HR processes.
• Advise managers on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Support on-site recruitment events, job fairs, and postings.
• Monitor and control monthly personnel costs with store managers.
• Collaborate with stores HR group to resolve issues and support multiple locations.
