Responsibilities

• Assist with employee performance reviews and employee relations issues.
• Assist with scheduling, benefits, and wage-related matters.
• Learn recruiting and retention programs and coordinate transfers between stores.
• Support hiring process including interview coordination and placement.
• Assist with new employee orientations and training.
• Help schedule employees and manage time-off requests.
• Handle customer complaints and provide follow-up and thanks to customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and greet customers warmly.
