Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert to join the team and deliver guest‑centric HR support in a fast‑paced store environment. You will lead recruiting efforts, support training, and be the go‑to for scheduling systems and pay practices to help stores run smoothly.

In this role you will collaborate with store leaders, ensure safety and compliance, and adapt to varying shifts including nights, weekends and holidays. A strong focus on guest service and teamwork is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate scheduling software and learn pay practices.
