Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert to champion inclusive talent strategies and support store teams. You will help build a guest-centric experience, lead focused recruiting, and ensure HR processes run smoothly across the operation.

You will partner with HR leaders to address staffing needs and provide training support. A proactive, compliant, and customer-focused approach is essential for success at Target.

Qualifications

• Understanding federal, state and local employment laws.
• Using basic Microsoft Office Suite and workforce management programs.
• Effectively using scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, Inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft with a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Lead recruiting efforts to help store leaders hire candidates.
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
