Job summary

Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert to support store teams and leaders in delivering an engaging, guest-centric shopping experience. You will help recruit, train and manage talent while upholding employment laws and company policies.

In this role you will collaborate with HR leaders, optimize scheduling, support performance development, and ensure a safe, compliant work environment across shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments: greet, assist, resolve issues and thank guests.
• Lead recruiting efforts to help store leaders hire candidates and support training needs.
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices; support leaders as needed.
• Deliver on HR processes to maximize team member engagement and minimize disruption.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain a safe workplace.
