Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert to support store teams with recruiting, scheduling and policy guidance. You will foster a guest-centric store environment while ensuring compliance and training needs are met.

In this fast-paced role, you will collaborate with HR leaders to address talent needs, manage scheduling practices, and deliver on HR programs designed to engage team members and protect guest experiences.
