Qualifications

• 10+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience in retail or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and execute both short-term and long-term people strategies, translating business objectives into scalable talent initiatives.
• Ability to drive innovation by benchmarking industry best practices and translating insights into HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic HR initiatives to drive commercial results and support talent initiatives.
• Lead organizational change management and support leaders with employee communication.
• Design and implement a talent management and leadership development framework to support growth and succession planning.
• Establish clear career paths, competency models, and development programs across retail populations.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential identification processes.
