Lululemon Educator role supports our store in delivering world-class guest service and authentic product education. You’ll engage with guests, guide purchases, restock, and participate in omnichannel programs while upholding our community-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and understand needs.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Support end-to-end guest experience with omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and address store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to take action.
