Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Arkansas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate at our Imboden, AR location. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help stock and merchandise to ensure a clean, organized store.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs as needed. You’ll work as part of a team to provide friendly, efficient service to shoppers and support store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
