Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our Buffalo store. You will educate guests on products, engage authentically with the community, and support omnichannel programs while maintaining a luxury environment.

The role emphasizes inclusion, integrity, and personal accountability alongside teamwork. You will work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, using in-store tech to assist guests and keep the floor replenished.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Right to Work documentation (EMEA only) where applicable.
• Willing to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and respect guests’ time.
• Assess guest needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate end-to-end guest experiences including omnichannel options and in-store tech.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and staff.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
