lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver a world-class guest experience in our retail store. You will educate guests on product features and benefits, assist with purchases, and help create an inviting, inclusive environment.

The role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and teamwork to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional guest service. Prior customer service in retail is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experience and educate guests on product benefits.
• Engage with guests and collaborate with team to ensure seamless store operations.
• Use in-store technology to support operations and transactions.
• Restock, destock, and present products according to standards.
• Move through store to assist guests and maintain a luxury environment.
