lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in-store, providing top-quality product education and authentic storytelling about our community and culture.

You will engage with guests, understand their needs, and guide them through purchases and returns, while supporting omnichannel options such as buy online, pick up in store and ship from store. Includes working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value of lululemon products.
• Conduct accurate and timely guest transactions and enable omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to address issues and make it right.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock as needed per company standards.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and maintain a luxury environment.
