Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will engage visitors, share top-quality product education, and embody our community-focused culture.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, presenting items, restocking, and using store technology to enhance service. You will work collaboratively in a luxury retail environment with a focus on inclusion and personal accountability.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of Right to Work and related local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure excellent guest experience and timely service.
• Provide product education and articulate value of products to guests.
• Perform in-store operations like restocking and merchandise presentation per standards.
• Support store operations and use in-store technology to enhance guest experiences.
• Move through the store to engage guests and assist with needs.
