Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our Baltimore store. You will educate guests on products, connect with our community, and model lululemon's inclusive culture.

You’ll engage on the floor, support store operations, and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless transactions while upholding our standards. Availability for a flexible schedule is expected; strong communication and a genuine service mindset thrive here.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work documentation for local regulatory requirements (EMEA note applies to Lululemon policies).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with their own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of products.
• Facilitate end-to-end guest experiences with omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to take action.
