Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Retail Director to lead and develop the Retail Sales and Merchandising Organization for the market. You will guide District Sales Managers and Unit Managers to achieve sales and merchandising objectives for our clients.

You will coordinate with the East regional director, develop territory plans, and ensure product distribution across all authorized manufacturers. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years of consumer-packaged goods experience, including essential account management.
• Sales, Marketing, Merchandising and Administration experience required.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to District Sales Managers and sales representatives in meeting or exceeding client goal.
• Develops strategic territory coverage plans and manages sales activity standards and reporting procedures.
• Ensures product distribution of all authorized manufacturer products.
• Key strategic leader in coordination with the client Regional Director for the East.
