Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Senior Business Manager to lead strategic growth for our Convenience (C-Store) channel, working with Buyers, Category Managers, and key decision-makers to drive category growth and expand distribution.

You will own volume, market share, and revenue growth while leading category strategies and in-store execution. The role calls on retail headquarters collaboration and data-driven insights to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in CPG, broker, or retail account management.
• Strong HQ selling and category management experience.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver volume, market share, and revenue growth across assigned brands.
• Lead category strategies including assortment, pricing, shelving, and promotions.
• Analyze sales trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Manage trade spend and promotional funds.
• Partner with HQ and Buyers to drive execution.
• Translate strategy into in-store execution plans.
