Job summary

Recreational Equipment, Inc. (REI) seeks a Store Manager to drive daily store operations and lead a team to deliver outstanding service.

You will manage a multi-million dollar retail profit center, shape sales culture, and ensure customer expectations are met while guiding teams through change and development. You will work with Sales Managers and Shop Service Managers to grow sales, manage budgets, and engage the community.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail store management experience.
• Enjoys communicating and building relationships inside and outside the organization.
• Open to feedback and other viewpoints in the spirit of supporting the business.
• Uses business understanding, innovative thinking, and sound judgment to solve problems.
• Makes solid recommendations by combining information from various sources.
• Produces quality work by setting effective goals and establishing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve short and long-term retail plans.

• Oversee store's profitability and financial budgeting.
• Monitor inventory levels, facilities, and other assets.
