REI Co-op in Utah invites an experienced Store Manager to drive daily store operations with a $5–$30 million sales volume. You will lead a sales-focused culture, ensure prompt service, and guide departments through change while advancing the outdoor lifestyle mission.

You will develop staff, optimize profitability, analyze store reports, and coach teams to meet sales and service goals. REI provides benefits, pay transparency, and a commitment to diversity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail store management experience (preferred).
• Ability to communicate and build relationships inside and outside the organization.
• Openness to feedback and diverse viewpoints to support the business.
• Uses business understanding and judgment to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve short and long-term retail plans.
• Manage and delegate priorities to Sales Managers and Shop Service Managers.
