Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States, seeks a Senior General Manager to shape guest experience and drive high performance in a fast-paced store. You will coach your team to exceed sales targets, maintain operational excellence, and mentor the Assistant General Manager to lead the team effectively.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support, coach, and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals.
• Teach and model the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Assist in attracting and retaining top caliber employees.
• Act as a brand advocate for Victra.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to help the team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
• Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services throughout the store.
• Ensure employees meet monthly success measurements and complete training on time.
• Help implement sales tools and initiatives.
• Maintain store performance by supporting inventory compliance.
• Create and implement innovative ways to drive traffic to the store and capitalize on existing customer base.
• Take ownership for store and employee success, including work-related needs.
• Support proper staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other store functions.
