Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is hiring a Retail Generalist Associate II to support multiple departments and handle donations, pricing, and sales. The role blends production and storefront work, with customer service at the forefront and opportunities to grow within the organization.

You will assist customers, operate tills, and help ensure the floor is clean, stocked, and ready for shoppers. Daily Pay option and competitive benefits accompany full-time employment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year retail, product placement, or merchandising experience desired.
• 1 year cash handling experience preferred.
• Able to obtain certification for equipment (pallet jack, walkie stacker, forklift) via OJT.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in other departments and back-up as needed.
• Assist with donation processing, loading/unloading and pricing.
• Operate cash registers and balance cash drawer with accuracy.
• Keep sales floor stocked, organized and presentable.
• Support E-Commerce product processing and online listings.
• Provide excellent customer service and help shoppers.
