Overview

As the General Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of store associates & leaders every day, to create an exceptional consumer experience. Your focus will be on driving sales, providing excellent customer service, maintaining visual presentations, and developing talent within the store. This role offers the opportunity to grow and collaborate with industry-leading teammates and partners.

What You'll Do
  1. Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our C.H.A.R.M service model
  2. Lead the store team in surpassing performance metrics including sales, consumer service, and charms
  3. Apply analytical thinking & company reporting to find opportunities within the store, empowering the team to make strategic decisions
  4. Lead visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards throughout the store
  5. Build and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that encourages internal growth and builds an external network of talent
  6. Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet store deadlines while ensuring effective follow-up on daily activities
  7. Contribute to creating a team environment that encourages sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns while upholding Crocs Inc. values
  8. Learn & assist in various departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management
  9. Support team members in daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness standards
  10. Adhere to Crocs Asset Protection policies including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures
What You'll Bring to the Table
  1. Must be 18 years or older
  2. 4+ years of retail experience, preferably with previous Store Manager experience
  3. Proven leadership skills to challenge, empower, and drive team results
  4. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for effective interaction with team members and management
  5. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required
  6. Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment
  7. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  8. Ability to move merchandise, climb ladders, lift 30 pounds, and stand for long periods
  9. Ability to read instructions, reports, and operate computer systems daily

Additional Details

Title: Retail, General Store Manager

Salary Range: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour, varies based on location, experience, and skills

This position is eligible for benefits including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and more. It is aligned with the Resident work persona, requiring in-office presence 5 days a week.
