Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other store areas such as meat, bakery, produce and deli.
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide direction to the team.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote career paths and development for team members and participate in promotion decisions.
• Document disciplinary actions and discharge recommendations.
• Manage P&L, achieve sales targets and minimize shrink.
• Model exceptional customer service and lead by example.
• Coach and mentor the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
