Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 4+ years of retail experience with a preference for Store Manager experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams and driving results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with store teams and partners.
• Valid driver's license may be required if driving is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Champion a positive team culture with feedback and Crocs core values.
• Drive recruitment and staffing to ensure store coverage year-round.
• Lead the team in sales, service and product engagement metrics.
• Own daily retail operations: POS, inventory, pricing, loyalty, cleanliness.
• Coordinate tasks to maintain smooth store operations and timely follow-up.
• Serve as a brand ambassador with product knowledge for customers.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection and compliance.
