Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years retail sales experience.
• 2 years leadership/supervisory experience.
• Experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and mentor a sales team.
