This role owns the business, builds outstanding teams to meet financial goals, and drives merchandising, coaching, omni selling, and a positive, inclusive environment.

You will recruit, develop and retain talent, monitor KPI performance, and ensure excellent service during nights, weekends and peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management in specialty retail or multi-unit retail.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales and profits.
• Experience identifying top talent and building/developing teams.
• Experience creating merchandising strategies and visual changes to drive results.
• Outstanding communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic company.
• Acts with authenticity, sincerity, and transparency.
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift/move merchandise up to 40 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store performance and KPIs.
• Lead and coach staff to maximize sales and customer relationships.
• Create and implement merchandising and floor plans.
• Utilize tools/resources to enhance the customer experience.
• Drive omni selling and achieve hourly/daily/weekly goals.
• Recruit and develop a dynamic team.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
• Identify training needs and implement training plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
