Janie and Jack LLC is seeking an inspired General Manager to lead the Destin, FL store. You will own the business, drive an exceptional customer-centric experience, and build a high-performing team that meets financial goals.

You will model results, recruit and train staff, implement merchandising strategies, and coach for selling opportunities while maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams in retail or multi-unit environments.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales and profit targets.
• Experience identifying top talent and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store performance and KPIs.
• Lead by example to generate sales and coach staff on opportunities and customer relations.
• Create and execute visual and merchandising strategies to boost sales and optimize floor layout.
• Utilize store resources to enhance the customer experience and drive omni-selling opportunities.
• Motivate the team to achieve hourly, daily and weekly goals; ensure accountability and performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; build a strong, diverse, and productive team.
