Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Retail General Manager in California to lead the store team and embody Vuori's brand values through expert product knowledge and a positive attitude.

You will create memorable customer experiences, manage staff, and oversee fittings, inventory, and merchandising while driving sales in a fast-paced environment. Base salary is $85,000–$116,000 with potential commissions; benefits include health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Available for 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week including at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience across the sales floor.
• Own the sales floor and lead the team to put customer experience first.
• Prepare the fitting rooms, locate sizes, and give honest feedback on merchandise.
• Forge lasting relationships with customers by following up on purchases, new products and events.
• Be knowledgeable on what's new and what's selling well and share with customers and team.
• Motivate the sales team and meet sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Lead inventory, shipments, and store maintenance daily.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
