Job summary

Vuori, Inc is seeking a Retail General Manager to lead the store team, connect with customers, and communicate Vuori’s values through knowledgeable and positive interactions. You’ll drive a customer-centric experience and maintain brand standards across operations.

You will manage shipments, inventory, and daily store activities while coaching staff to deliver exceptional service and meet sales goals. This Colorado-based role offers a strong compensation package with base pay and commission

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert; creates experiences and develops relationships with customers, embraces the social aspect of sales and can handle concerns proactively.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Create unforgettable customer experience.
• Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best experience.
• Own the sales floor and team to prioritize customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and invite them to events.
• Stay informed on what's new and what's selling well and share with customers and team.
• Motivate the sales team to achieve goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Seek product knowledge to serve as an expert for customers.
• Lead projects and maintain focus on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Lead shipments processing and inventory management.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager on daily operations, store maintenance, and governance.
• Maintain store visuals, restocking, re-ticketing, and cleaning.
• Open/close the store daily with safety and protocol adherence.
• Encourage punctuality and role adherence under Regional Manager guidance.
