Job summary

Minnesota Cannabis Services seeks a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store performance, from daily operations, compliance, and financial reporting to team development and customer engagement.

You will drive growth through data-driven decisions, develop leaders, and create a culture of excellence with a focus on safety and exceptional customer experiences. 5+ years in multi-functional retail management preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-functional retail management with direct supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with scheduling, inventory systems, and financial reporting.
• High integrity, motivation, adaptability, and sense of urgency.
• Retail, sales and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and associates to exceed goals.
• Oversee scheduling, cash and inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
• Champion a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and coach Assistant GMs for future leadership roles.
• Collaborate with corporate and cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, consistency, and excellence in operations.
