Job summary

Minnesota Cannabis Services seeks an experienced General Manager to lead store operations, drive performance, and deliver best-in-class customer experiences across a fast-growing cannabis retail network. You will oversee daily operations, compliance, finance reporting, and team development, setting the tone for excellence and growth.

The role requires proven multi-unit retail leadership, strong coaching, and a hands-on approach to scheduling, inventory, and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-functional retail management with direct supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with scheduling, inventory systems, and financial reporting.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of managers and associates to meet goals.
• Oversee scheduling, cash and inventory management, merchandising, and compliance.
• Champion accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and coach Assistant GMs for future leadership.
• Collaborate with corporate and cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, consistency, and excellence in operations.
