You will oversee budgets, P&L, and safety compliance while recruiting and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience with CarMax training.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, travel.

• Lead total store operations, focusing on associate development, profitability, and customer satisfaction while managing budgets and sales processes.
• Analyze business trends to identify opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Manage financial performance through P&L oversight and cost control.
• Recruit, hire, train, and promote associates.
• Drive associate development and engagement through feedback and career planning.
• Collaborate with senior management to set store strategy and provide direction.
