Responsibilities

• Lead total store operations, focusing on associate development, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance through P&L oversight and cost-control initiatives.
• Drive process improvements to enhance customer and associate experiences.
• Recruit, train, and promote associates to support store success.
• Provide vision, motivation, and coaching to senior management.
• Responsible for the EH&S program for the department/location, including inspections, waste disposal, safety, and PPE.
