You will develop and execute business plans to meet sales, profit, and customer satisfaction targets, while building and leading teams across staffing, hiring and training.

Key responsibilities include driving sales, managing team members, tracking inventory and ensuring top-notch customer service, along with P&L analysis to optimize financial results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
