Pilot Flying J, the Pilot Company network, seeks an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee high-volume travel-center facilities. You will develop and execute business plans to hit sales, profit, and guest-satisfaction targets while leading a multi-site team.

You will recruit, coach, and manage staff, conduct meetings, and perform P&L analyses, balancing labor, food and merchandise to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management in retail, restaurant, grocery or service with financial responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive store performance.
• Strong customer-focus and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
