Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will be responsible for the generation and execution of business plans to achieve sales, profit objectives and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage a team, monitor inventory, maintain vendor relationships, and perform P&L analysis while offering a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
