Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. You will be responsible for the generation and execution of travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives as well as customer satisfaction.

As a Retail General Manager, you will build, coach, manage and develop teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring and training, with additional responsibilities including driving sales,

Qualifications

• Integrity and accountability at the managerial level
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays
• 2–3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industries with responsibility for financial results

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability for high-volume retail facilities
• Manage and develop teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring and training
• Track inventory and control costs while maintaining excellent customer service
