Job summary

Pilot Flying J is hiring a Retail General Manager to oversee high-volume retail facilities, including travel center and restaurant operations. You will generate and execute business plans to achieve sales, profit and customer satisfaction targets.

You will build, coach, manage and develop teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring and training perspectives, while driving sales and managing performance across the operation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate integrity and accountability at a managerial level.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in high-volume retail with financial responsibility (P&L).
