Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee high-volume retail facilities and execute travel center and restaurant business plans to meet standards, sales, profit objectives and customer satisfaction.

You will build, coach, manage and develop teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring and training perspectives, while driving sales, managing inventory, and performing P&L analysis to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.
