Pilot Company is seeking a Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities and drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will develop business plans, manage restaurant operations, and lead teams to meet standards and goals.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, and training, along with regular P&L analysis and performance management. This is a full-time on-site leadership role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.
