Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of customer service / inside sales / counter sales preferred
• Excellent customer service skills required
• No DUI/DWI or alcohol-related driving convictions in the last 10 years
• Able to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Receive and enter telephone orders, answer questions, resolve challenges, and trace order status or shipments
• Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store
• Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs
• Promote add-on sales of gases and hard goods accessories and conduct product demonstrations
• Maintain customer records and pricing
• Perform outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers
• Sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and support additional locations
