Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1+ years in customer service or inside/counter sales, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A strong focus on customer satisfaction is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service / inside sales / counter sales preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• No DUI/DWI or alcohol-related convictions in the last 10 years.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracing order status or product shipments.
• Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store.
• Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers.
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs.
• Promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goods accessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in-store sales representative.
• Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup and pricing.
• Perform outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers.
• Sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and occasionally support additional locations.
