Store - MSP-BLAINE, MN

Overview

Lead operational processes to deliver sales and profits while safeguarding assets. Ensure a well merchandised and stocked store by supporting inventory management. Lead and support a team of trained members to provide a customer-centric shopping experience and friendly service.

Major Activities

1. Assist Store Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing store workload.
2. Support adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure legal and policy compliance; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
3. Participate in truck unloading and stocking to meet standards within budget.
4. Manage team KPIs and store visual merchandising standards.
5. Oversee inventory management, merchandise operations, and Omni channel processes.
6. Implement shrink and safety programs.
7. Train, observe, coach, and participate in team performance management and talent development.
8. Promote respectful interactions, positive attitude, and organizational values; serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
9. Assist customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
10. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
11. Support Omni channel processes.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience

• Retail management leadership experience.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for long periods, move throughout the store, perform bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves with ladders or equipment.

Work Environment

• Public retail setting with climate-controlled areas; some outdoor work and stockroom conditions; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
