Job Purpose

The Retail Fulfillment Packer (Co-Packer) will be responsible for completing all retail fulfillment and co-packing projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assembling products and displays per customer specifications.
2. Operating Wrap Heat Tunnel Machine.
3. Operating Ink Injector and Tape Machine.
4. Stacking cases onto pallets according to specifications.
5. Performing rework and inspection on products.
6. Completing documentation accurately and timely.
7. Cross-training to perform various tasks.
8. Working on a continuous flow production line.
9. Performing other tasks as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting safety rules, instructions, and manuals.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Identifying product defects and quality standards.
• Counting articles or products physically.

Qualifications

• Experience in co-packing or warehousing is preferred but not required.
• Experience with WMS software (e.g., Synapse) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access is a plus.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Mathematical Skills

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations in various units of measure.
