• Assembly of Products: Follow standard work procedures, to assemble finished products while following safety guidelines. Some use of hand tools or machinery may be necessary. Comfortable working around chemicals, solvents, and inks and should be prepared for possible exposure to chemical odors.
• Quality: Inspect product during and after production to ensure they meet the required quality standards. Identify and resolve any defects or issues in the products.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members, supervisors, and quality to improve processes, resolve production issues, and maintain workflow.
• Adhere to Safety Protocols: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to avoid accidents, ensuring personal protective equipment (PPE) is used and safety standards are met. Safety glasses and safety shoes are worn in manufacturing areas.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process and collaborate with the appropriate team members to resolve them.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills, improve efficiency, and contribute to product quality.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $20.00 - $22.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
