Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Burnsville, MN is seeking a part-time Retail Stocking/Order Fulfillment team member starting at 7:00 AM, Wednesday through Sunday. You will help customers, stock shelves, unload trucks, and support BOPIS and SFS processes in a fast-paced, climate-controlled retail environment.

Responsibilities include cash handling, excellent guest service, and adherence to SOPs while contributing to a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Benefits include employee discounts and more.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Support omni-channel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions to reflect brand standards.
