Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Front End Team Leader in Walterboro, SC to lead the front-end team, ensure superb customer service, and manage daily store operations.

You will oversee associate development, scheduling, and performance, while driving efficiency, payroll, and loss prevention. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a strong guest experience in a busy discount environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience at a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Positive attitude and teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end, entrance, and exterior standards while driving associate productivity and customer service.
• Assist with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reporting.
• Lead donation programs and Ollie’s Army sign-up.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure actions are completed.
• Assist with hiring, development, supervision, and scheduling of store Associates.
• Support merchandising execution and pricing updates.
• Open/close the store and handle other duties as assigned.
