Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player qualities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end, entrance, and exterior standards while driving associate productivity and customer service.
• Assist with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reporting.
• Lead donation programs and Ollie’s Army sign-up initiatives.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure follow-up actions.
• Assist with hiring, development, supervision, and scheduling of store Associates.
