Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervising associates and assigning duties to ensure goals are met.
• Provide member service information, assist with purchases, and promote memberships.
• Handle transactions at registers or self-checkout and ensure club pickup orders are fulfilled.
• Recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates and promoting a positive work environment.
• Maintain club cleanliness, organize merchandise, and protect company assets.
